摘要:风速的波动性导致风电场不能提供连续可靠的高效风电功率,制约了风电产业的发展. 本文在保证电网安全稳定运行的情况下,针对大规模风电并网,采用动态规划法,以在建呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站和并网风电为例,研究风电—抽水蓄能电站联合发电系统运行模式.采用基于电网柔性规划的机会约束理论,对常规潮流计算方法进行改进,在MATLAB/MATPOWER 组件下实现该潮流的优化算法.研究结果表明,抽水蓄能电站与并网风电场可形成功率互补. 不仅实现风电场功率输出最大化,而且抑制风电场功率波动,提高电网接纳风电能力.
Using the pumped storage power station to increase the acceptance of wind power capacity of the grid

Abstract:The volatility of the wind to wind farms can not provide a continuous and reliable efficient wind power,which restricts the development of wind power industry. Taking Hohhot pumped-storage power station and grid wind power under construction as an example,in view of the large-scale wind power grid,the wind power-pumped storage power station combined with the power system operation mode was researched using dynamic programming method under the condition that the safe and stable operation of the power grid was ensured . The conventional power flow calculation method was improved based on the chance constrained theory of electric network flexible
planning. The optimization algorithm was realized under the MATLAB/MATPOWER component. The results of the study show that the pumped storage power station and parallel in wind farms can form power complementary. Not only can it realize maximum wind power output,but restrain wind farm power fluctuation as well,so the ability to accept wind power grid is improved.
