12.改善42CrMo钢的硬度与耐磨性的研究

摘要:将合金元素MnCrMoNb 加入42CrMo钢中熔炼后,选择退火、油淬及回火的热处理方式。回火温度为 380 时,提高单个合金元素的百分含量时,Cr含量1.51%,硬度达到46.8HRC,磨损率0.214。同时,综合提高合金元素MnCrMoNb的含量,回火温度 350 Nb42CrMo的硬度和耐磨性的影响比Mo明显,而回火温度 410 时,Mo的影响更为明显。合金元素MnCrMoNb质量分数分别为0.60%1.40%0.30%0.07%时,回火温度为 410 42CrMo钢的硬度达到46.2HRC,磨损率0.216

     

Study on the Improvement in Hardness and

Abrasion Resistance of 42CrMo Steel

Abstract: The alloying elements of Mn Cr Mo Nb were added into the 42CrMo steel, the follow heat treatments were annealing, oil quenching and tempering. If the tempering temperature was 380 when the content of every alloying element was increased, for example Cr content was 1.51%, the hardness was 46.8HRC and the wear rate was 0.214. When the content of alloying elements were comprehensively improved, if the tempering temperature was 350 , Nb for hardness and abrasion resistance was clearly more effective than that of Mo. While, if the tempering temperature was 410 , Mo was clearly more effective than Nb. When the mass fraction of Mn Cr Mo Nb was 0.60%,1.40%,0.30% and 0.07% respectively, and the tempering temperature was 410 , the hardness of 42CrMo steel was 46.2HRCand the wear rate was 0.216.
