摘要:工程主体结构高 90m ,采用大底盘多塔框架核心筒结构体系,属复杂高层建筑。设计中采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,抗震性能目标为C级。采用SATWEGSSAP两种种软件进行小震、中震弹性和中震不屈服分析,并采用GSNAP进行罕遇地震作用下的静力推覆分析。计算结果表明,结构的层间位移角、周期比等各项控制指标基本满足规范的相关要求,采取的抗震加强措施是有效的,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均可达到预期的抗震性能目标。

Abstract: The project is a reinforced large chassis multi-tower framework core tube structure system with a height of 90 meters, which is a complex high-rise building. The PBSD(Performance-based seismic design) method was used and the performance goal was set as level C. The building was analyzed with SATWE and GSSAP under minor earthquake and moderate earthquake respectively. And the static push-over analysis of the building under rare earthquake was carried out by GSSAP. The results show that the inter storey drifts cycle ratio, as well as other indicators can satisfy the code requirements. he adopted strengthening measures are effectiveSo the global structural performance and the performance of each element can achieve the respective expected goals.
