摘要:煤矿工作面末采撤架期间,由于操作时间长和采空区漏风量较大,因而采空区遗煤很容易发生自燃火灾。鹤煤二矿3407综放工作面在末采撤架期间,通过工作面火灾监测、采空区埋管注浆、预设回撤通道减少回撤时间、阻化剂防灭火以及停采时设置多道密闭封闭采空区等措施,确保了工作面末采回撤的安全,同时也得到了较好的经济效益。

Abstract: At the end of the period of removing the hydraulic support in the caving mining working face , the goaf residual coal is prone to spontaneous combustion because of the long-time operation and the large amount of goaf air leakage. In the No. 2 Colliery of Hebi Coal Industry Limited Company, some effective approaches, such as fire monitoring of the caving face, laying grouting pipes in goaf, reducing the time of removing hydraulic support by establishing special channel for removing in advance, using retarder to prevent and extinguish fires, sealing goaf by setting multiple airtight channels and so on, have been taken to ensure that the hydraulic support in the caving face can be removed safely at the end. At the same time, better economic benefits are also received.
