07.钇掺杂纳米TiO2的制备及其降解甲基橙的研究

摘要:以钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,在室温下,采用水热法制备了稀土Y3+掺杂的纳米TiO2光催化剂,分别采用粉末XRD法和FT-IR法对产物进行了晶相和结构表征,分析结果表明,所制备的TiO2和四种不同掺钇量的TiO2粒子结构均为锐钛矿型二氧化钛,且随着Y掺杂量的增加,TiO2的粒径越来越小,说明钇的掺杂有细化晶粒的作用。以20mg/L的甲基橙为目标降解物,研究了掺杂纳米TiO2粉体的光催化性能,结果表明,钇的掺杂能够有效提高紫外光下甲基橙的降解率,钇的最佳掺杂量(摩尔比)为n(Y3+):n( TiO2) = 1.2%时,光催化效果最好,当反应2.5h时,降解率达到85%。

AbstractTiO2doped with Y3+was prepared by hydrothermal method, using tetrabutyltitanate as one of the primary raw materials at room temperature. XRD and FT-IR were used to analysis the crystalline phase and structural characterization. The results show the structure ofTiO2nanoparticles anddifferent content of Y doped TiO2nanoparticles are anatase,with the increase of Y3+’s content, the grain size ofY3+doped-TiO2become smaller and smaller, this illustrate that doping has the effect of refining grain crystal.The photo catalytic property was measured by the degradation of 20mg/L methyl orange. When the doped content was 1.2% and the calcination temperature was about500℃, the photocatalytic property can be improved effectively. The result shows the doping of Y can effectivelyincrease thephoto catalyticpropertiesof underUV-Light. When the doping amounts is n(Y3+):n( TiO2) = 1.2%, thephoto catalyticpropertiesof TiO2is the best one, which thedegradation rate of met hylorange can reach 85%.
