摘要: 在铸铜冷却壁稳态温度场研究的基础上,利用热机械耦合的瞬态有限元分析方法,通过ABAQUS 软件对高炉铸铜冷却壁的蠕变变形进行了模拟分析.结果显示铸铜冷却壁仅在热应力作用下蠕变变形很小,相对于壁体热膨胀变形可以忽略,壁体应力不足以使冷却壁产生裂纹,能够满足高炉长寿的要求.

Abstract: Based on the study of steady temperature field on the cast copper cooling staves,the simulation analysis on creep deformation of blast furnace cast copper cooling staves was carried out using thermal-mechanical coupling finite element transient analysis method and ABAQUS software. The results showed that the creep deformation of cast copper cooling staves is small only under the action of thermal stress,and can be ignored compared to the thermal expansion deformation of the staves body,whose stress is not enough to make the cooling staves crack. Therefore,it can meet the requirements of blast furnace longevity.
