摘要: 研究钢筋在混凝土中的耐蚀性具有工程价值. 应用电化学阻抗谱( EIS) 并结合半电池电位法研究了不同表面状态的钢筋在含氯混凝土中的腐蚀行为. 结果表明: 钢筋表面氧化皮的存在改变了钢筋在混凝土中的腐蚀行为,浸泡初期裸表面钢筋在含氯混凝土中的耐蚀性强,中后期带有氧化皮的钢筋在含氯混凝土中的耐蚀性强; 不同状态的氧化皮对钢筋腐蚀行为的影响不同,带有空冷氧化皮的钢筋比带有水冷氧化皮的钢筋耐蚀性强.
The research of corrosion resistance on steel with different surface state in chloride contaminated concrete

Abstract: The corrosion behavior of steel with different surface states was studied by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy ( EIS) and half-cell potential method.The results indicated that the oxide skin changed the corrosion behaviors of the steel in chloride contaminated concrete.The steel with nude surface showed better corrosion resistance at the beginning. Afterwards,the steel with oxide skin showed better corrosion resistance. The steel with different oxide skin had different corrosion characteristics.The steel with water-cooled oxide skin cannot compare with the steel with air-cooled oxide skin in corrosion resistance.
