摘要: 通过实验室周期浸润加速腐蚀试验,研究了铌对09CuPRe 耐候钢在工业大气环境下腐蚀规律的影响.本试验分别采用激光共聚焦( LSCM) 和扫描电镜( SEM) 观察试验钢表面腐蚀形貌和试验钢锈层截面,并通过X 射线衍射仪( XRD) 测定腐蚀产物的物相组成.结果表明: 在模拟工业大气条件下,铌元素在一定程度上提高了09CuPRe 耐候钢的耐蚀性.
The impact of Nb on 09CuPRe weathering steel corrosion properties

Abstract: The effects of the niobium on the corrosion behavior of 09CuPRe weathering steel in the industry atmospheric environment was studied using the laboratory cyclic accelerated corrosion test,in which the corrosion surfaces and rust layer sections were observed by means of LSCM and SEM,and the phase compositions of corrosion products were determined through the X-ray diffraction.The results show that in the simulated industrial atmospheric condition,niobium can improve the corrosion resistance of 09CuPRe weathering steel.
