摘要: 经氢氧化钠( NaOH) ,四氯化碳( CCl4) ,聚乙烯醇( PVA) 三种溶液改性后的橡胶颗粒加入到水泥砂浆中可改善橡胶颗粒与水泥基体的界面,使橡胶颗粒在水泥砂浆中达到较好的使用效果.试验研究表明,CCl4溶液改性的效果较好,其次是NaOH 饱和溶液.综合考虑压折比、抗冲击性能和经济性等因素,在工程中建议使用NaOH 饱和溶液对橡胶颗粒进行改性. NaOH 饱和溶液改性的40 目橡胶颗粒掺量为20%时橡胶集料水泥砂浆的力学性能最好.
Effect of the modified waste rubber particles on the mechanical properties of cement mortar

Abstract: Adding rubber particles modified by the sodium hydroxide ( NaOH) saturated solution,carbon tetrachloride ( CCl4) and polyvinyl
alcohol ( PVA) to cement mortar can improve the interface between rubber particles and cement matrix,and make better use of rubber particles in cement mortar. Experimental studies show that CCl4 solution has a better effect on modification,and NaOH saturated solution is in the next place.Taking the C/F, impact resistance and economy,etc., into consideration,it is recommended that NaOH saturated solution be used to modify the rubber particles in engineering. The mechanical properties of crumb rubber cement mortar are the best when the content of 40 mesh rubber particles modified by NaOH saturated solution is 20%.
