摘要: 随着铁选矿厂矿石粉磨工艺的改进,尾砂颗粒的粒径也逐渐减小,细粒级尾砂的处理日益成为研究的重点.尾砂浆脱水后固结干排就是其中一种有效的处理方式.结合有关试验数据试图从微观机理角度解释不同水泥( 普硅水泥和矿渣水泥) ,不同粒级骨料固结强度差异产生的原因,并提出提高固结强度的解决方案.

Abstract: With the improvement of the ore grinding process,the tailings particle size gradually decreases,and the comprehensive utilization of fine tailings has become the focus of the study. Dry drainage tailings dewatering consolidation is an effective approach.The differences in the intensity of different cement ( ordinary portland cement and slag cement) with different size fractions of aggregate consolidation were explained from the perspective of microscopic mechanism combined with the trials data. Finally,the solutions were proposed to increase the strength of consolidation.
