摘要:风口前端深入高炉内部,其工作环境恶劣,极其容易损坏。为了得到卷焊型风口本体的温度场和冷却水流场,本文利用计算流体力学软件对其进行数值模拟计算。通过模拟发现风口前端Ⅰ水室内存在冷却水流动死区,随后分别讨论了改变流量和优化风口结构对缓解死区的影响。

AbstractTuyeres are located deep inside the blast furnace with poor working condition , which are extremely easy to damage. CFD software was used to simulate and get the temperature field and the cooling water flow field of welded tuyere. Through the simulation, a flow dead zone was found in tuyere chamber .Then the impact of changing air flow and optimizing the tuyere structure on alleviate the dead zone was discussed.
