裂纹柔度法在回火高强度结构钢应力分析中的应用

摘要:提高高强度结构钢板的残余应力测试精度,意味着可以更好的评估回火工艺的有效性,使产品更加安全可靠,常用的残余应力测试方法(如钻孔法、X射线衍射法等) 只能测定钢板外表面及浅层的残余应力。本文采用裂纹柔度法分析回火钢板的残余应力,对Q550D钢板不同回火工艺状态下的应力松弛效果进行了测试。结果表明,裂纹柔度法能够测定钢板全厚度范围内残余应力释放过程中产生的应变,从而判断其应力分布情况,而且这种方法比钻孔法及X射线衍射法更加敏感和精确。

Abstract: Improving themeasurement accuracy of residual stress of high-strength structural plate means that the effectiveness oftempering process can be evaluated better, making the products moresecure and reliable.However,themethod usedfor testing the residual stress (such as drilling method, X-ray diffractionmethod, etc.) can onlymeasure the residualstresses on the outersurface and theshallowplate. Thecrack compliance method was adopted for the analysis on the residual stress ofthe temperedsteel in the experiment. The stress relaxationeffects of Q550D steelindifferenttempering processwere tested.The resultsshow that this kind of residual stressanalysiscan effectively measurethe strain in the residual stress release process of the range of the thickness of Q550D steel plate in order to determinethe stressdistribution, which is more sensitive and accurate than drilling method and X-ray diffraction method.
