CSP冷轧薄板退火工艺的研究

摘 要:采用EBSD分析方法,对CSP试验钢冷轧板退火过程中组织转变和再结晶织构的演变进行分析,结果表明,试验用钢的再结晶过程属于定向形核理论,试验钢的再结晶形核阶段在{111}<112>冷轧基体上形成了{111}<110>和{110}<100>再结晶形核,在{111}<110>变形晶粒晶界形成{111}<112>新晶粒核心,{111}<112>和{111}<110>织构相互生成。在晶粒长大阶段消耗的大量的{100}<110>织构,且生成了{112}<110> 织构。

Abstract:The evolution of microstructure and recrystallization texture during annealing were investigated by means of electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) analysis on CSP cold-rolled sheet.The experimental results show that the recrystallization follows the theory of directional nucleation. The texture {111}<110> and {110}<100> occur from cold-rolling texture{111}<112>,the texture {111}<112> occurs from cold-rolling texture {111}<110> in the experimental steel during the formation stage of recrystallization grains in annealing, and the texture {112}<110> occurs in the growing stage of the recrystallization grains. The texture {111}<112> and {111}<110> produce each other, with the formation of texture {112}<110> consuming lots of texture {100}<110>.
