不同C加入量对原位合成TiC颗粒增强钢基表面复合材料组织和性能的影响

摘要:为解决金属材料耐磨性与韧性之间的矛盾,本研究以ZG35CrMo为基体,以自蔓延高温合成TiC颗粒为增强体,采用真空消失模铸造工艺制备出表面质量优良的TiC颗粒增强表面耐磨钢基复合材料,对不同C加入量的颗粒增强复合材料组织和性能的分析研究。结果表明,制备的表面复合材料分为基体与合金层。碳粉的加入量为化学计量比4:1时,复合材料的组织和力学性能较好,加入量过量3:1时会造成合金层及结合面性能的下降。
The effect of different addition of c on organization and performance of the in-situ synthesized tic particles reinforced steel matrix surface composites

Abstract:To settle the contradiction between the toughness and the abrasion resistance of the metals,the 35CrMo was applied as the matrix composite, the In-situ SynthesizedTiC particles as the reinforcing material ,and SHS technology and the vacuum evaporative pattern casting process were used in the manufacture of the TiC particles to enhance the surface composite materials of the base steel. The organization and performance of the TiC particles reinforced steel matrix surface composites with different addition of C were analyzed comparatively. The test result shows that the surface composite materials are divided into the matrix and the alloy layer. When the Toner addition amount is up to the standard, the structure and the mechanical properties of the composite materials are good. When the amount is above the standard, the quality of the alloy layer and the faying surface will decrease.
