低钒铁水各元素氧化的热力学分析

摘要:本文主要是针对攀钢低钒铁水成分,通过热力学软件Factsage对低钒铁水中各元素的氧化的情况进行平衡计算分析。O2、CO2和FeO三种氧化剂,都能够使得铁水中的硅、钛、锰、钒氧化进入到钒渣中,氧化顺序为钛、硅、锰、钒。三种氧化剂的氧化能力比较,FeO最强,O2次之,CO2最弱。氧化低钒铁水的钒渣的组分的最大的区别是FeO的百分含量,最少的是CO2作为氧化剂时,百分含量为20.1%,钒渣的质量相对较好,????所以能够使铁水中各元素的选择性氧化的最佳的氧化剂为CO2。

Abstract:Accordance to the composition of low vanadium molten iron, the thermodynamic analysis of the oxidation of the elements from low vanadium molten iron was carried out and their equilibrium was calculated. The three kinds of oxidants(O2,CO2 and FeO) can oxidize the silicon, titanium, manganese, and vanadium from molten iron into vanadium slag. The oxidation sequence is [Ti],[Si],[Mn],and [V]. The oxidation ability of the three oxidants is FeO>O2>CO2. ?????The biggest difference between the oxidized low vanadium slag and the hot metal component is FeO content among these three oxidants.The least content of FeO is CO2,only 20.1%.The quality of vanadium slag is relatively good,and CO2.is the oxidant that can make the best selective oxidation of various elements in molten iron。
