Q345D板坯连铸凝固传热过程数值模拟

摘要:基于凝固传热学理论,以300mm厚Q345D板坯连铸过程为研究对象,建立了板坯二维凝固传热数学模型。利用等效比热法对凝固潜热进行处理,分析了拉速、过热度、二冷区喷水量以及二冷区长度变化对出结晶器坯壳厚度、铸坯表面温度等凝固参数的影响。结果表明,适当的提高拉速、降低过热度和增加二冷段长度,可以促进连铸坯凝固,降低板坯缺陷,提高生产效率。

Numerical simulation of solidification and heat transfer of Q345D slab in continuous casting

Abstract: A two-dimensionally mathematical heat transfer model was established to describe the solidification process of continuous casting slab based on the theory of solidification and heat transfer. The Q345D slab of 300 mm in thickness was chosen as the research object, and the influence of latent heat on the whole solidification process was taken into consideration by means of equivalent specific heat method. The influence of casting rate, degree of superheat, different amount of second cooling water and different distance of second cooling zone on the slab shell thickness and slab surface temperature was investigated. It turns out that the degree of superheat was decreased by raising the casting rate properlyand the process of continuous casting can be promoted by increasing the distance of second cooling zone, resulting in reducing the defect of the slab to improve the productive efficiency.
