摘要:“5.12”汶川地震后,中小学建筑的抗震设防类别由标准设防提高为重点设防,造成很多中小学建筑不能满足现有的抗震要求。本文以内蒙古自治区包头市某中学教学楼为例,运用抗震能力指数的方法,定量评估了房屋加固前,钢筋网水泥砂浆加固后,板墙加固后的抗震能力。

Abstract After "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake, the fortification of buildings inprimary and secondary schools are increased from standard to focus category, and many of the existing primary and secondary school buildings cannot meet the existing requirements for seismic fortification. Taking a Baotou secondary school building as a case, the seismic capacity index method was used to evaluate quantitativelythe building’s seismic capacity when it was unreinforced , strengthened by steel mesh mortar, andstrengthened by the splint walls .
