16.稀土微合金低镍奥氏体不锈钢定向凝固组织的研究

摘要:采用电磁感应定向生长炉制备稀土微合金低镍奥氏体不锈钢定向凝固组织,系统的研究了凝固速度和稀土元素Ce对不锈钢凝固时界面形态以及枝晶间距的影响。结果表明,在特定的温度梯度下,随着凝固速度的增加,定向凝固的固液界面由胞状晶转变为树枝晶。研究发现,凝固速度和稀土元素的增加使得定向凝固组织的枝晶形貌逐渐细化,枝晶间距减小。

Study on the directional solidification structure of austenite stainless steels of rare earth micro-alloy with low nickel

Abstract:Electromagnetic induction directional growth furnace was used to prepare the directional solidification structure of rare earth micro-alloy austenite stainless steels with low nickel. The effectof the solidification rate and the rare earth Ce on the structure of liquid-solid interface morphologies of stainless steels was researched.The results show that,at a specific temperature gradient,the structure of the liquid-solid interface morphologies was changed from cellular to dendritic with the increase of the solidification rate. It is found that with the change of solidification speed and rare earth elements,the directional solidification structure becomes finer, and the second dendrite arms get smaller.
