10.镍对07Cr17Ni12Mo2N奥氏体不锈钢组织和高温拉伸性能的影响

摘要利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟机对07Cr17Ni12Mo2N奥氏体不锈钢试样分别在950℃1000℃1050℃1100℃0.05s-1的应变速率进行了高温拉伸试验,通过分析试验钢组织、断面收缩率曲线、抗拉强度曲线、断口形貌,研究镍对试验钢高温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:降镍后试验钢仍为单一的奥氏体组织;热塑性有所降低,断面收缩率平均下降了18.87%;抗拉强度平均提高了12.39%

Effect of nickel on microstructure and high temperature tensile properties of 07Cr17Ni12Mo2N austenitic stainless steel

Abstract: The high temperature tensile properties of 07Cr17Ni12Mo2N austenitic stainless steel of reducing the nickel were investigated by using the high temperature tensile test on a Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator at temperature 950 , 1000 , 1050 , 1100 under the strain rate of 0.05 s-1. The microstructure of the test steels, the reduction of area curve , tensile strength curve and the fracture surface under different temperature were analyzed. The experimental results showed that 07Cr17Ni12Mo2Naustenitic stainless steel still remains single austenitic organization after reducing the nickel, and the thermoplastic of the test steel become worse; the reduction of area decreased by 18.87% on average , while the tensile strength increased by 12.3% on average .
