摘要:某钢铁公司薄板厂近几年在生产过程中下线液压阀较多,找专业厂家进行检测修复,要花费高额的检测费用。针对这一情况,该厂将原有的液压测试台进行了改造。控制系统采用西门子PCS7系统,提高了数据采集测试精度及响应速度,并实现了动态测试。数据结果采用PDAiba系统进行分析,提高了检测分析能力。升级改造后的测试台能够满足常用高性能阀的测试要求,并为该厂节省了大量的液压阀修复费用。

Secondary Analysis and Implementation of the Hydraulic Component Test Bed

Abstract: A lot of hydraulic valves were replaced in the process of production of a steel sheet plant in recent years. High costs will be taken for Looking for a professional factory to test and repair these valves. In order to solve this problem, the original hydraulic test bed of the sheet factory was transformed. Siemens PCS7 system was adopted in the control system, which improved the test precision of data acquisition and response speed, and implemented the dynamic testing. Data results were analyzed by using PDAiba system, and it improved the detection of analysis. The upgraded test bed can meet the testing requirements of the commonly used high performance valve, greatly saving the cost in the repair of hydraulic valves for the sheet plant.
