摘要:为了提高微藻多糖的提取率,在碱醇提法的基础上,采用单因素和正交试验分别对NaOH浓度、提取温度和提取时间进行了优化。结果表明:该斜生栅藻多糖提取的最佳条件为NaOH浓度0.2mol/L,提取温度80℃,提取时间180 min,在此条件下,斜生栅藻多糖的得率可达到13.94%。优化后斜生栅藻多糖的得率较水提醇沉法和碱醇提法分别提高了92.01%和9.76%。

Study on extraction process of polysaccharide from the microalgae

Abstract: Alkali concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time of the microalgal polysaccharide extraction were optimized by using the mono-factor and the orthogonal experiment to improve the extraction yield of microalgal polysaccharide. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the alkali concentration was 0.2mol/L, the extraction temperature was 80℃,and the extraction time was 180 min. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of microalgal polysaccharide was up to 13.94%. Compared with hot water extraction and alkali-alcohol extraction,the extraction yield of microalgal polysaccharide increased by 92.01% and 9.76% ,respectively, after the optimization,。
