NoSQL在企业人力资源管理系统中的应用

摘 要:目前,企业人力资源管理系统通常使用关系型数据库作为存储工具,但随着企业规模的发展,传统关系型数据库表现出扩展困难、计算性能不足等缺陷,本文结合企业人力资源管理的现实需求,提出了基于NoSQL的企业人力资源管理系统,并为之进行了系统架构设计、系统功能模块分析以及基于NoSQL的数据库设计,最后总结出NoSQL在企业人力资源管理系统应用中的优缺点。

Abstract: Most of theenterprise human resources management systems use arelational database as the storage tool. Withthe development of the enterprise, the traditionalrelational database have shown shortcomings such as having difficultyto extendandlow computing performance .A new systemusing NoSQL was proposed tosolve the problems,which combinined withthe real requirements of enterprise human resource management. Then the systemarchitecture design, the analysisof systemfunction module and the design of the databasebased on NoSQLwerecarriedout.Finally, the advantagesand disadvantages were summarizedfortheenterprise human resources management system based on NoSQL.
