农业大棚水源热泵控制系统的设计与实现

摘要:针对农业大棚,设计了基于PLCMCGS组态软件的水源热泵自动控制系统,下位机采用西门子S7-200 PLC,并带有触摸屏,自动控制农业大棚的温度、湿度、CO2浓度、光照强度,上位机用485总线和Modbus通信协议对多个大棚的温度、湿度、CO2浓度、光照强度和热泵机组运行参数进行远程监控,并以图形显示、实时曲线、历史曲线、报警处理和报表输出等多种方式呈现给用户,通过设定参数,使大棚环境适合不同农作物的生长。

Abstract: Anautomatic control system of water source heat pump was designed based on PLCand MCGS configuration software for agricultural greenhouse. The lower computerof the designed system employs SIEMENS S7-200 PLC with touch screen to controltemperature, humidity, concentrations of CO2, and illuminationintensity. 485 bus and modbus communication protocol were utilized to remotely monitortemperature, humidity, CO2 concentrations, illumination intensityand operating parameters of heat pump units of a variety of greenhouses. The monitoringresults are presented to users in many ways consisting of animation, graphicaldisplay, real-time curves, history curves, alarm processing, report output, andetc..
