电起爆网络中盲炮及残炮爆炸事故的事故树法分析

摘要:在综合分析电起爆网络中盲炮及残炮爆炸事故因素的基础上,采用事故树分析法得到了盲炮及残炮爆炸事故树的最小割集,依据事故树的最小割集求出了各基本事件的结构重要度,据此得出人的因素是引发盲炮及残炮爆炸事故的最主要因素,其次为爆破作业前对作业环境的了解、不安全因素的辨识及其正确处理,再者是爆破作业中物的不安全因素和环境不安全因素的耦合;并从人、物、环境和管理四个方面提出了预防盲炮及残炮爆炸事故的合理措施。

Abstract:Onthe basis of comprehensive analysis of misfire and residual explosion accidentfactors in the blasting electric circuit,the fault tree analysis(FTA)methods was used to obtain the minimum cut sets of misfire and residualexplosion accident. According to the minimum cut sets of the fault tree,thestructure importance of each essential event was obtained. Therefore,humanfactors were confirmed to be the main reason leading to the misfire andresidual explosion accident. The secondary reasons were learnt to be theworking environment before blasting operation and identifying unsafe factorsincluding its disposal. And then the link between unsafe factors of the objectsand unsafe factors of the environment was also noteworthy. Meanwhile,byconsidering four aspects including human,object,environmentand management,the reasonable measures were put forward to prevent misfire and residualexplosion accident.
