摘要：本文针对某600MW进口亚临界直流机组协调控制系统存在的问题，给出改造方案。通过控制系统试验，对改造效果进行了分析与评价。试验证明，该协调控制系统的成功改造，为机组安全、稳定并网发电奠定了坚实的基础，为其他同类机组改造提供了借鉴参考。

Abstract: According to the problems exited in the coordinated control system,the transformation solution was proposed for a 600MW imported subcriticalonce-trough unit. The transformation effect and evaluation were analysized bythe test of the control system. It was proved by experiments that thesuccessful transformation of the coordinated control system laid a solidfoundation for its safe and stable online generation, which can provide thereference for other similar units.
