超声波明渠流量计研究与设计

摘要:针对农业灌溉用水的控制与测量普遍存在着效率低下、精度不高的状况,提出基于时差法的多声道超声波流量计设计方案,并完成了硬件设计及软件的设计。方案采用高电压电源驱动超声波发射电路,对信号进行接收处理,由微处理器Cortex-M4k60根据信号信息进行计算,最后得出所测的明渠流量。

Abstract:Aiming at the the situation of widespread inefciency and lowaccuracy in the control and measurement of water for agricultural irrigation, theultrasonic transit-time flowmeter design based on multi-channel was proposed ,andthe hardware and software designs were completed. This program uses ahigh-voltage power driver ultrasonic transmitter circuit to receive and processthe signals,which were then calculated by the microprocessor Cortex-M4k60according to the signal information.Finally, the open channel flow could be measured.
