摘要:本文针对包钢宽厚板轧机主传动交-交变频调速系统,对SIEMENS交-交变频器矢量控制关键技术及重要参数磁通角进行了研究,给出了一种利用电机电压、电流及转速计算磁通角的方法,计算方法简单,优化了磁通角参数的计算,改善了系统的运行性能,提高了主传动系统生产运行安全稳定性,应用效果良好。

The calculation methods and case analysis of flux angle of the maindriver of the Baotou Steel Heavy Plate Mill cycloconverter system
Abstract: The key technology andimportant parameters of the flux angle of SIEMENS cycloconverter vector controlwere studied based on the main driver of the Baotou Steel Heavy Plate Millcycloconverter system.The simple calculation method of using a motor voltage,current and speed was presented to calculate the flux angle.The calculation offlux angle parameters were optimized, the operation performance of the system wasimproved,and the stability of the safe operation of the main drive production systemwas enhanced,with good application effect.
