21.行车通廊汽车荷重等效均布荷载及其效应的估算

:为解决工业厂房行车通廊静载试验中重物加载量过大而不便操作的问题,本文利用汽车荷重等效均布荷载的原理,将汽车重量转化为局部的均布荷载,以汽车代替重物进行加载,得到了载重量与堆载步间的对应关系。有限元分析表明,当选取双后轴载重车进行加载时,汽车前轮荷载对楼板内力影响较小,计算时可忽略。

Abstract: Inorder to solve the problem that the static loading test cannot be operatedeasily in a travelling corridor of industrial plant due to too large heavyweight load, the vehicle weight were converted into partial uniform load ,andthe loading was conducted by using vehicles instead of heavy weights based onthe principles of equivalent uniform load of vehicle load, so as to obtain the correspondingrelations between load and heaped load step. It is shown by finite element analysis that when a dual-rear-shaftloading vehicle was used for the loading, the loads of front wheels of thevehicle brought smaller influences to the internal force of floor, which couldbe neglected in calculation.
