15.运用Workbench对热室精密压铸机十字架部件优化设计

摘要:十字架是压铸机合模机构中极为重要的部分,其所占质量也较大,因此提高十字架设计的合理性,在满足各工况要求的情况下降低它的质量,从而降低其生产成本具有重要意义。近年来人们对十字架鲜有研究,本研究采用ANSYS Workbench分析方法,得到十字架在最大受力时的受力云图,并在Workbench中采用专业的优化分析模块 Design Exploration对十字架进行了结构优化。结果表明:经Workbench优化后的十字架的参数尺寸比优化前有所减小,且在满足应力条件下,使其外观更小巧,制造成本更低。

The optimization of cross of hot chamber die castingmachine using the Workbench method

Abstract: Thecross mechanism plays a major role in die-casting machine clamping mechanism,and the quality of the cross mechanism is bigger also. It is important toimprove the rationality of the design of the cross mechanism and to reduce boththe quality of the cross mechanism and its production cost while meeting therequirements of various conditions. In recent years, there have been fewstudies on the cross mechanism,and herein,the ANSYS Workbench analysis method wasused to get the stress nephogram of the cross mechanism in the maximum stressstate. Besides theprofessional optimization analysis module “Design Exploration”in the Workbench wasadopted to optimize the structure of the cross mechanism. The results show thatunder the satisfied stress conditionthe parameters of the cross were made smaller in size than before theoptimization by using the Workbench, making its appearance smaller and the manufacturingcost lower.
