摘要:以三流H型坯连铸中间包为研究对象,采用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT建立三维几何模型,模拟研究了高拉速下H型坯连铸中间包内传输特性,研究结果表明,导流孔直径(D)为100 mm,导流孔高度(H)为550 mm,导流孔夹角(θ)为50°时,中间包综合性能最优。

Abstract:With three-strand H-beam blank continuous castingtundish as the research object, the computational fluid dynamic software FLUENTwas adopted to build three dimensional geometry model and simulate the transfercharacteristic in the tundish for H-beam blank continuous casting under highercasting speed. The resultsshowed that the tundish had the optimized comprehensive performance when the diameterof flow-guiding bore(D) is 100 mm, the height of flow-guiding bore(H)is 550 mm and the angle between two flow-guiding bores(θ) is 50°.
