摘要:基于某钢厂热风炉的燃烧控制不稳定的温度,对热风炉的生产历史数据进行分析,得到了最佳空燃比的取值范围。从历史的燃烧数据分析,不仅获得了比较优
良的燃烧数据和操作模式,还可得出数据中隐藏的控制规律,为最后CBR决策器设计提供优化的参数以及丰富的案例库。同时在进行案例匹配时加入煤气压力的波动
和煤气热值的变化的扰动因素影响,使得匹配结果更为精确从而使热风炉的燃烧控制得以优化,为热风炉的燃烧控制起到指导的作用。
The design of burning decision-making device for hot blast stove based on CBR

Abstract: On the basis of the unstable hot-blast stove temperature of combustion control at a steel mill, the production history data of hot blast stove were analyzed and thebest air-fuel ratio scope was obtained. By analyzing the historical data of the combustion, not only the excellent combustion data and operation mode but also the control rules hidden in the data were gained, which can offer optimum parameters and case library for the design of thefinal CBR decision. The disturbance factors of fluctuations of the gas pressure and changes in gas calorific values were considered in case matching, which results in more accurate and more optimized combustion control, playing a guiding role for the combustion control of the hot blast stove.
