摘要:使用扫描电镜能谱分析并结合factsag热力学软件计算测定了渣相成分,使用纯试剂配制出渣相,研究了氟元素对球团矿渣相熔点及粘度的影响;使用矿相显微镜研究了添加氟对球团矿微观形貌及矿物组成的影响。结果表明,添加氟使球团孔隙率升高、液相量明显增加、渣相的熔点及粘度均呈下降趋势。
Infulence of F on the composition and properties of the pellet slag phase

Abstract: SEM—EDS was used to detect the element composition of slag phase. Combined with the result of Factsage6.2,the composition of slag phase was determined. The slag of pellet was made by using pure reagents, then its melting point and viscosity were tested. The microstructure of the mass was observed by metallographic microscope . It is showed that F can increase the porosity of the mass. With the increase of F content, the amount of liquid phase increased obviously , while both the melting point and the viscosity declined.
