摘要:以高炉除尘系统中的旋风除尘器为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件建立三维几何模型,模拟研究了高炉煤气旋风除尘器内气固相分离特性,阐明了旋风除尘器结构参数对其内部的压降、除尘效率及其综合性能的影响,最终确定6#方案(D=200,L=150,H=800)旋风除尘器综合性能最优。

Abstract:With the cyclone separator in the dedusting system ofblast furnace as the research object, The FLUENT software was adopted to buildthree dimensional geometry model and simulate gas-solid phase separationcharacteristics in the cyclone separator. The influence of structure parameterson pressure drop, dedusting efficiency and comprehensive performance of the cycloneseparator were clarified. Furthermore, program 6#(D=200 mm,L=150mm,H=800 mm) was proved to have the optimized comprehensiveperformance.
