1. The Journal of Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology, founded in 1982, is a comprehensive academic journal of natural sciences, publicly distributed both domestically and internationally. It is included in the Chinese Core Journals (Selection) Database and is a source journal for Chinese scientific and technological papers. It primarily reports academic papers, academic reports, comprehensive reviews, and scientific and technological information in the fields of geology and mining, metallurgy and chemical engineering, materials science, electromechanical engineering, industrial automation and computer science, civil engineering and architecture, environmental engineering and protection, energy conservation, industrial economics and management, and basic disciplines. It also selectively publishes research papers or brief reports from national, provincial, and ministerial-level funded projects.
2. Manuscripts should have clear arguments, reliable evidence, rigorous logic, and concise writing. They must comply with my country's Copyright Law and be mindful of protecting state secrets. Each paper (including figures and tables) should generally not exceed 6,000 words. The paper should include: title, author biography (name, gender, year of birth, place of origin, etc., to be included at the bottom of the first page), author affiliation (province, city, and postal code), contact information (telephone and email address to be included at the end), Chinese abstract (approximately 200 words), keywords (3-8), Chinese Library Classification number, main text (hierarchical headings numbered consecutively, i.e., "1", "1.1", ..., "2", "2.1", ..., left-aligned), acknowledgments, references, English title, author's name in Chinese pinyin, author's affiliation (English translation), English abstract, and English keywords. Author information (including main research areas) and funding project name and approval number should be indicated at the bottom of the first page.
3. The Chinese title of the paper should generally not exceed 25 characters; a subtitle may be added if necessary. The abstract is a short summary of the important content of the paper. It should be independent and self-explanatory, and should not contain figures, tables, chemical structural formulas, or symbols or terms that are not generally known or recognized. It should also not cite figures, tables, formulas, or reference numbers. The English abstract generally corresponds to the Chinese abstract, and should be written in accordance with English grammar and the third person. The use of quantities, units, and numbers in the text must conform to national and international standards. Foreign language letters must be distinguished by language, capitalization, and italics, as well as the letters, numbers, and symbols of subscripts and superscripts. Figures and tables in the text should be clear and accurate. Figures and tables should have titles, and tables should use three-line tables. Figures and tables should be inserted directly into the corresponding positions in the text. Photographs and illustrations drawn according to specifications may also be attached.
4. The listed references should be formal publications. Reference numbers should be arranged according to their order of appearance in the text and indicated within the text. If there are no more than three authors, all should be listed; if there are more than three, the first three should be listed. The reference entries, order, and punctuation are as follows: Journal: Author (surname first, given name last, abbreviations allowed). Title [J]. Journal name (abbreviations allowed), year of publication, volume (issue): page numbers. Book: Author. Book title (edition, first edition not indicated) [M]. Place of publication: Publisher, year of publication. Page numbers. Proceedings: Author. Title [A]. Proceedings editor. Proceedings title [C]. Place of publication: Publisher, year of publication. Page numbers. Dissertation: Author. Title [D]. Location: Institution, year. Patent: Patent applicant. Title [P]. Patent country, patent document type, patent number, publication date.
5. Please submit a hard copy of your manuscript for review. Manuscripts should be printed neatly according to the above requirements; manuscripts that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Please include the contact person's detailed address and telephone number in your submission. Once the manuscript is accepted, please submit it on a floppy disk or by email. Upon publication, a small fee will be paid, and a complimentary copy of the journal will be sent. Higher fees will be offered for high-quality papers.
6. This journal stipulates that all accepted manuscripts will be notified of publication within three months of receipt. Authors of external manuscripts who do not receive notification within this period may handle their manuscripts independently. Authors of internal manuscripts should contact the editorial department. This journal is included in the "China Academic Journals (CD-ROM Edition)," "China Journal Net," and "Wanfang Data Resource System Digital Journal Group," and is indexed by important domestic and international abstracting journals. Authors' copyright fees will be paid in a lump sum with the remuneration for the manuscript. If you do not agree to this stipulation, please state this in your submission.
