18.W型辐射管的铰链数值模拟方法研究

摘 要冶金行业中W型辐射管由于不均匀温度场的作用,最下端直管变形明显,其他直管变形次之,从而导致连接两直管的弯头应力增大。为此提出增加铰链连杆的想法,以此解决弯头应力过大问题。基于此,总结出三种用ANSYS以及Workbench模拟铰链力学行为的方法,详细介绍了三种方法的选项设置和操作要点,展示实施方法。并结合算例的计算结果对三种方法进行了综合比较,得出三种方法的优缺点以及适用范围。为解决用数值法模拟铰链力学行为问题提供了参考。

Abstract: Due to the effect of non-uniform temperature field,the bottom straight pipe deformation of W radiant tube in metallurgical industry is obvious, the other straight pipe deformation is less than the bottom pipe. ThisLeads to bend stress increased which connects two straight pipes.Based on this , put forward the idea of increasing hinge connecting rod to solve the problem of bend stress. Sum up three methods to simulate joins (hinge). This article describes option settings and operation points of the three methods in detail and show the implementation of the method .Compare their advantages, disadvanges and scope of application by the calculation results of Numerical example .The analysis methods of this paper has a certain reference value on similar problem.
