19.LH45型三缸高压柱塞泵壳体的改造分析

摘要:由意大利生产LH45型三缸高压柱塞泵在实际工作中,由于液体的腐蚀性和工作压力的双重作用,造成了泵壳体的破损,使得其工作寿命大大减少。研究了泵壳体破损的状态和规律,对其进行重新选材制造,在Solidworks软件中建立了泵壳体的三维实体模型,再利用有限元软件ANSYS分析了改造后壳体的应力和应变状态,并与改造之前壳体的应力和应变状态进行比较分析,通过有限元分析结果的比较来验证泵壳改造的正确性和可行性。

Abstrat:Produced by Italian LH45 type three cylinder high pressure plunger pump in the practical work, due to the corrosion of liquid and dual role of job stress, caused the breakage of the pump housing, make its service life greatly reduced . Studied the pump housing broken state and laws and select material to manufacture , In Solidworks establish 3 d entity of the pump housing model,modified stress and strain state of shell has been analyzed using finite element software ANSYS, and comparing with modification before the state of stress and strain ,through the finite element analysis results more to prove the validity of the pump housing renovation.
