摘要: 利用热膨胀仪测量试验钢Ac1、Ac3等相变温度,借助显微分析方法和力学性能测试方法研究热处理工艺对试验钢组织和性能的影响.结果表明: 当910 ℃ /25 min 油淬+ 200 ℃ /h 回火处理后得到的组织为回火马氏体+ 残余奥氏体,试验钢洛氏硬度值为HRC 52,冲击韧度aKU值为45 J·cm- 2 ,综合力学性能良好.
