摘要: 在实验室采用热模拟技术研究稀土对D36 船板钢再结晶行为的影响,结果表明稀土成分对动态再结晶临界应变εD影响较明显,稀土量达100 × 10 - 6 与稀土量达60 × 10 - 6 的试样其临界应变均高于未加稀土的试样,且当变形温度达到910 ℃以下随着稀土量的增加不再发生再结晶,即加入稀土推迟了动态再结晶的发生,随着稀土加入量的增加推迟作用也越明显; 双道次高温轧制时稀土对静态再结晶软化率的影响要比低温轧制明显,与未加稀土的试样相比,适量加入100 × 10 - 6稀土其变形抗力会有一定的提高,道次间隙时间内再结晶容易发生,而稀土含量少影响不显著.

Abstract: The effect of RE on the recrystallization behavior of D36 ship plate steel was studied by using the thermal simulation technology in the laboratory. The results showed that,the effect of RE composition on dynamic recrystallization critical strain was obvious,for
the critical strains of the samples with different RE content were all higher than those without RE; with the amount of RE increased,the recrystallization was no longer to occur when the deformation temperature reached
occur easily in the pass-interval times,but no significant effect is observed with little rare earth added.
