摘要: 对于多层挤压筒来说,装配预应力和外部预应力对抵消挤压时坯料对挤压筒内壁的作用力起到至关重要的作用,以往的研究都没有给出明确而简便的计算方法.将钢丝缠绕技术引入挤压筒的设计,以剖分式外筒代替整体式外筒,对挤压筒外部钢丝预应力的计算做了具体的研究,并得出了明确的计算式,确定了钢丝层对挤压筒预应力与挤压筒直径、钢丝断面预应力及钢丝层数的具体关系.
Investigation on the prestress of the external steel-wire winding on the split-assembled extrusion cylinder

Abstract: For multilayer extrusion cylinder,the assembling prestress and external prestress have crucial impact on counteracting the force that billets have on the extrusion cylinder wall during extruding. The calculation method of the prestress of steel-wires is investigated and a calculation formula is given , for previous studies had no specific and terse one.The relation of steel-wires prestress with the gauge of wire,the section prestress of steel-wire and the number of steel-wires plies is obtained.
