09.喷射沉积镁合金双道次热压缩组织性能研究*

摘要: 以喷射沉积Mg-9Al-3Zn-1Mn-6Ca-2Nd 镁合金为研究对象,利用Gleeble 1500D 热模拟机研究变形温度 330 、应变速率1 s 1 ,道次间隔时间分别为5 s 30 s 时双道次热压缩后力学行为,并进行微观组织分析. 结果表明: 双道次热模拟压缩后合金中形成Ca2Mg6Zn3稳定相; 伴随着再结晶的发生,亚稳相Mg097 Zn003重溶与Ca2Mg6Zn3析出之间的动态组织演变是影响镁合金热压缩过程塑性失稳的重要因素.

Abstract: Mg-9Al-3Zn-1Mn-6Ca-2Nd alloy was fabricated by spray deposition The microstructure evolution and mechanical behavior of magnesium alloy were investigated by Gleeble 1500D thermal simulator under temperature of 330 strain rate of 1 s 1 pass interval of 5 s and 30 s The results show that the Ca2Mg6Zn3 stable phases occurred after the double-pass hot compression process Accompanying with the recrystallizationthe re-solution of metastable Mg097Zn003 and the precipitation of stable Ca2Mg6Zn3 are the keys to affecting the plastic instability in the double-pass hot compression process
