摘要:气雾冷却具有冷却范围大、冷却均匀等特点,对铸坯的最终质量也起到了关键性的作用. 本文以实验室条件为基础,采用求解二维导热反问题计算方法,研究了竖直对称射流和倾斜非对称射流冷却过程下钢板由1 200 ℃冷却至100 ℃过程中的表面热流密度及表面温度的变化过程,对实际生产过程中连铸二次冷却的冷却工艺起到了一定的理论支持。
