02.数理统计试验法在铁矿反浮选药剂制度优化中的应用*

摘要:研究了数理统计试验方法在铁矿反浮选药剂制度优化过程中的应用. 通过正交试验结果表明:当捕收剂取700 g /t,活化剂取500 g /t,抑制剂取1 800 g /t 时,选矿效率达到最大值40%. 捕收剂和活化剂交互作用(AB)、捕收剂(A)、抑制剂(C)及活化剂(B)t 检验值分别为8520,所以其影响显著性从大到小依次为AB A C B.

Abstract:The optimization of the iron ore reverse flotation reagents were systematically studied by using orthogonal experimental method

The result showed that the maximum separation efficiency (40%) can be achieved when the dosages of collectoractivator and inhabitor were 700500 and 1 800 g /trespectively The result of significance test showed that the t-test value of interaction effect (AB)collector(A)inhabitor(C) and activator(B) were 8520respectively Thereforethe impact strength turned out to be AB A C B
