摘要: 利用有限元DEFORM 软件,通过对H 型钢万能连轧过程中轧件截面金属流动规律进行数值模拟,结果表明: CCS 轧制主要是对翼缘进行加工,腹板金属流动很小,且在交界处发生双向流动.

The simulation analysis of metal flow during H-beam rolling by a universal mill

Abstract: The metal flow law for the cross section of the rolled piece of H-beam’s universal rolling process was simulated using finite element software DEFORM The node deformation characteristics of the section and the metal flow pattern in a workpiece was analysedindicating that the aim of CCS rolling was to process flange The metal flow in the web was small and two-way flow happened in the borderwhich may provide theoretical reference for the development of H-beam
