05.Q345D 高温力学性能实验研究*

摘要: 采用热模拟机Gleeble-1 500 对低合金钢Q345D 进行热模拟研究.通过该仪器在不同温度下对Q345D 的屈服强度、抗拉强度及延伸率、断面收缩率的变化进行了测试.得出Q345D 高温力学性能: 800 850 ℃时随着温度的升高,屈服强度、抗拉强度随之升高; 900 1 300 ℃温度区间内,温度的升高,其屈服强度和抗拉强度有所降低.对于钢的塑性,在900 1 000 ℃降低,1 000 1 200 ℃形成了一个平台,温度高于1 200 ℃后,钢的塑性迅速降低.

Abstract: The high temperature mechanical properties of low-alloy steel were investigated by using Gleeble-l500 hot simulator The mechanical properties such as the yield strengththe tensile strengththe reduction of area and the elongation of low-alloy steel Q345D under different temperature were studied The test results showed the high temperature mechanical properties of Q345D As the temperature rises during 800 850 the mechanical performance of Q345D improvedwhile in the section 900 1300 the mechanical properties of Q345D dropped with the increase of the temperature The plasticityduring 900 1 000 drops with the temperature risingbut keeps unchanged form 1000 to 1000 The plasticity falls sharply when the temperature is higher than 1200
