摘要: 采用热模拟机Gleeble-1 500 对低合金钢Q345D 进行热模拟研究.通过该仪器在不同温度下对Q345D 的屈服强度、抗拉强度及延伸率、断面收缩率的变化进行了测试.得出Q345D 高温力学性能: 800 ~ 850 ℃时随着温度的升高,屈服强度、抗拉强度随之升高; 在900 ~ 1 300 ℃温度区间内,温度的升高,其屈服强度和抗拉强度有所降低.对于钢的塑性,在900 ~ 1 000 ℃降低,1 000 ~ 1 200 ℃形成了一个平台,温度高于1 200 ℃后,钢的塑性迅速降低.

Abstract: The high temperature mechanical properties of low-alloy steel were investigated by using Gleeble-l500 hot simulator. The mechanical properties such as the yield strength,the tensile strength,the reduction of area and the elongation of low-alloy steel Q345D under different temperature were studied. The test results showed the high temperature mechanical properties of Q345D. As the temperature rises during 800 ~
