摘要Mg-1Zn-xCax=0.250.51合金通过浸泡于模拟体液(Hank’s模拟体液)中在恒温(37)条件下进行了为期0~32天的腐蚀浸泡实验。对浸泡后的试样宏观腐蚀形貌观察、测定其腐蚀速率。在浸泡期间测其交流阻抗和极化曲线,研究Ca含量对镁合金组织和腐蚀性能的影响。实验结果表明:在Hank’s 模拟体液中,随着含Ca 量的增加(x=0.25%、0.5%、1),Mg-2Zn-xCa合金的腐蚀程度加剧,腐蚀速率增大;由交流阻抗谱和极化曲线的测试分析发现,随着含Ca 量的增加,交流阻抗谱的容抗弧逐渐增大,极化电流密度逐渐减小,镁合金的耐蚀性逐渐降低;因而,三种镁合金中Mg-1Zn-0.25Ca合金表现出最佳的抗腐蚀性能。

Study of corrosion behavior of Ca for medical Mg-Zn-Ca alloy in Hank’s simulation body fluids

Abstract:Using pure magnesium metal as matrixthe system of Mg-1Zn-xCa magnesium alloys (x = of 0.25, 0.5) were prepared with adding alloying elements zinc and calcium by melt pouring. They were soaked in the simulated body fluid (Hank's simulated body fluid) under conditions of constant temperature (37 ° C) in the period of 0 to 32 days for the test of corrosion and immersion. The macro-corrosion morphology of the soaked samples was observed and their corrosion rate was determined.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curves were tested.The experimental results show that: in Hank's simulated body fluid, with the increase of Ca content (x = 0.25%, 0.5%, 1%), the corrosion of Mg-2Zn-xCa alloys was exacerbated and the corrosion rate increases; by testing and anglicizing the AC impedance spectroscopy and the polarization curves respectively,it was found that with increasingthe Ca content, the arc of the AC impedance spectra of the capacitance increases gradually, while the current density and the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy decrease gradually.Thus, Mg-1Zn-0.25Ca alloy exhibits the best result for corrosion resistance.
