料液中添加NH4Cl对氧化钇形貌和粒度的影响

摘要:采用碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,氯化钇溶液中添加NH4Cl作为料液,制备大颗粒氧化钇,通过对粉体SEM、激光粒度仪进行表征,研究了氯化钇溶液中添加NH4Cl对氧化钇粉体形貌和粒度的影响,随着NH4Cl添加量的增加氧化钇的粒度增大,粒度分布更加均匀,当NH4Cl加入量为50%时,中心粒径D50为42.54μm,R值趋向于1,粒度分布较为均匀。

Effect of the addition of NH4Cl to the feed liquid on the morphology and particle size of yttrium oxide

Abstract:The yttrium oxide powder of large particles were prepared by using ammonium bicarbonate as precipitant and adding NH4Cl into yttrium chloride solution as the material liquid.The powder was characterized by means of laser particle size analyzer and SEM . The influence of the morphology and the particle size of yttrium oxide was studied by the addition of additives. The results show that the more the amount of NH4Cl was added ,the bigger was the particle size of yttrium oxide, with the particle size distributed more uniformly. When the amount of NH4Cl addition was 50%, the center diameter D50 was 42.54 μm, the value of R tends to 1,obtaining the uniform distribution of theparticles。
