摘要:通过ANSYS有限元软件数值模拟分析巷道不同断面形状和不同支护方式时巷道围岩的位移、应力和塑性变形,可以选择出合理的支护方式以控制破坏区的扩展,从而保护和提高破坏区岩体的残余强度,使围岩与支架相互作用并在达到平衡时所需的支护抗力最小或不需支护。围岩的位移、应力和塑性变形是支护设计理论评价巷道围岩稳定性的主要参数,因而ANSYS在巷道支护设计中既使用方便又具有较好地推广应用前景。

Abstract: The displacement, stress distribution andplastic deformation of the surrounding rock of different cross section shape of the roadway with different ways of supporting were analysed by using ANSYS numerical simulation. The reasonable supporting mode was choosen to control the extension of damage area, so as to protect and improve the residual strength of the rock mass in the damaged area. The interaction between the surrounding rock and the support holder keeps balance while the support resistance is either at its minimum or without the need to support. Displacement of the surrounding rock and the deformation of strees and plastic are the main parameters for the stablilty of roadway surrounding rock in the theory of support design. Thus ANSYS is convenient to use in roadway support design and has good prospect for its application.
