摘 要:本文对液滴撞击热钢板表面形变特性进行了实验研究。根据压电共振理论设计液滴发生器制取液滴,高速摄像机记录液滴撞击热钢板的行为并用IPP软件进行图像处理。实验结果表明:表面温度在300℃以上时液滴撞击会发生leidenfrost现象,钢板与液滴接触气化冲力是影响液滴leidenfrost现象的重要因素;表面温度对液滴铺展时间影响较小,对液滴收缩反弹形态变化影响较大;液滴最大铺展因子随着韦伯数的增大而增大。

Abstract:The deformation characteristics of the droplet impacting ontoa hot plate surface was researched.The droplet generator was designedaccording to the theory of piezoelectric resonance and droplet impact ontothe surface of stainless steel.The image was taken with a high-speed camera and processedwith IPP imagesoftware.Experimental results show that leidenfrost phenomenon occurs when the temperature is above 300℃ and the droplet gasification momentum is an important factor affecting the droplet leidenfrost phenomenon;though the temperature of the droplet surface has a weak influence on the droplet’s spread, it influences strongly on the droplet’s contraction rebound; the largest spreading factorof droplets increases with the increase of Weber number.
