摘 要:本文借助大型有限元软件Deform模拟分析P91厚壁管在穿孔过程中的孔洞演变规律,重点分析了孔洞在镦粗穿孔过程的温度场、等效应力、等效应变等方面的变化情况,促进工艺制定由经验走向科学。

Abstract:A simulation analysis of the void evolution of the P91 thick-walled pipe in perforation process wascarried out based on large finite element software Deform .The temperature field, effective stress, effective strain and other changes of void in the upsetting and piercing process were emphatically analyzed, which will help promote the experience-based technology to develop into scientifictechnology making.
