05.精轧前控冷温度对钒氮微合金抗震盘螺组织性能的影响

摘 要:预精轧后钒氮微合金化HRB400E抗震钢筋进行淬水试验,研究淬水时间对钢筋表面温度、金相组织、硬度的影响。结果表明,HRB400E抗震钢筋Ø20mm试样在水中的冷却时间应控制在1~3秒之间才能保证其良好的入精轧温度范围,在1010保温20分钟水冷到室温,在钢筋中会形成少量马氏体、魏氏组织,维氏硬度453Hv

Abstract:The effect of water-quenching time on the surface temperature, microstructure and hardness was researched by means of water-quenching treatment of vanadium nitride microalloy HRB400E anti-seismic rebars produced after pre-finishing mill. The results show that Ø20mm rebar has a suitable finishing-temperature range under 1~3 seconds water-quenching treatment, with small amount of martensite and widmanstatten structures formed in steel matrix while keeping it at 1010 for 20 minutes then water-quenching to room temperature, and the hardness is 453Hv.
